  Tadaaki Murayama

  Born in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1968.

  After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Yokohama National University, he joined Unilever Japan in 1991. After participating in Japan's first SAP implementation project, he worked for a foreign consulting firm and a foreign consumer goods manufacturer, before launching multibook (formerly known as TD & Company), a company that specializes in systems consulting for global companies, in October 2000.

  His motto is "In business, you hold the bat short and hit the ball steadily."

  Manabu Watabe

  After serving as head of accounting and corporate IT at semiconductor trading company Macnica, he was in charge of PMI for overseas acquisitions. He then served as controller for the Asia-Pacific region. After returning to Japan, he led the financial and operational strategies of global companies as CFO for the Siemens Group and other companies. In 2019, he joined multibook as CFO and led M&A strategies and fundraising. He will become CEO in 2021 and President and CEO in 2025. With over 20 years of experience in finance, he has strengths in PMI for acquired companies, system and system integration, formulation of global capital strategies, and optimization of cross-border operations.

  Kazuo Fukui

  Born in Toyonaka, Osaka in 1970. After graduating from the School of Commerce at Kwansei Gakuin University, he joined Business Brain Showa-Ota Inc. in 1993. He was involved in accounting system development projects for 10 years. He was then seconded to IBM Business Consulting Services and IBM, where he promoted global ERP implementation projects for 10 years.

  In 2012, he joined Multibook Limited (formerly TD & Company). He was involved in the implementation of global ERP at overseas subsidiaries, and after serving as CFO of the Philippines base, he oversees the "multibook" business. He was appointed CPO (Chief Product Development Officer) in July 2022.

  Using his expertise in accounting and ERP, he supports companies in expanding overseas. At Multibook Limited, he is a professional who builds new pillars for global business and accelerates corporate growth.

  Yoshiki Tanaka

  Yoshiki joined Multibook Limited as the Head of BPO Operations in October 2022, and became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in April 2023. He previously worked in software sales at a major multifunction device manufacturer and then at a venture company developing global ERP. His focus has been on sales, marketing, and developing cloud services for Japanese companies with overseas branches. Tanaka holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management (MOT).

  Soichi Tamura

  Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University. Passed the second stage of the Certified Public Accountant exam while still a student. After graduation, joined a major life insurance information systems company and worked on an SAP implementation project. In 2002, after joining multibook (formerly known as TD & Company), he has consistently been involved in the SAP system consulting business, serving as CFO and business promotion director. He was also involved in the launch and design of the "multibook" business. In July 2021, he transferred to Capgemini following the transfer of the SAP system consulting business. He returned to multibook in April 2023 and became head of the service delivery department. He has over 25 years of accounting and ERP experience.

  Takashi Kiga

  Born in Yamaguchi in December 1971. After engaging in stock analysis at U.S. private bank Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., Takashi worked on global web reconstruction at major web consulting firm Scient. He established INTRIX in 2009 and assumed office as Representative Director and President. Takashi assumed office as Outside Director of Multibook Limited in 2016.

  Mitsuyoshi Koguchi

  After joining Arthur Young (later merging with Ernst & Whinney to become Ernst & Young), he worked overseas, and after returning to Japan, he was transferred to the IPO project department of auditing firm Asahi Shinwa auditing firm), and became the firm's representative partner in 2003. He then worked as an auditor for seven companies, including the insurance industry and venture companies. In 2015, he became a full-time auditor for Multibook Limited

  He goes by the name of "Rakusho" and is a certified public accountant who has a deep love for Edo culture.
