  Tadaaki Murayama

  Born in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1968.

  After graduating from Yokohama National University with a degree in Economics, Murayama joined Unilever Japan in 1991, where he took part in Japan’s first SAP implementation project.

  He later worked at a foreign consulting firm and a global consumer goods manufacturer before founding Multibook Limited (formerly TD & Company) in October 2000.

  The company specializes in systems consulting for global enterprises.

  Favorite motto: “In business, hold the bat short and make every swing count.”

  Manabu Watabe

  After serving as Head of Accounting and Corporate IT at semiconductor trading company Macnica, Watabe led post-merger integration (PMI) for overseas acquisitions and served as Controller for the Asia-Pacific region.

  Upon returning to Japan, he became CFO of Siemens Japan and other global firms, driving finance and operational strategies.

  He joined Multibook Limited in 2019 as CFO, leading M&A and fundraising activities, was appointed CEO in 2021, and became President & COO in 2025.

  With over 20 years of finance experience, Watabe’s strengths include post-merger integration, system and process integration, global capital strategy, and cross-border operational optimization.

  Kazuo Fukui

  Born in Toyonaka, Osaka in 1970.

  After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kwansei Gakuin University, Fukui began his career at Business Brain Showa-Ota Inc. in 1993, where he spent a decade developing accounting systems for large enterprises.

  He was later seconded to IBM Business Consulting Services and IBM, leading numerous global ERP implementation projects for another ten years.

  Fukui joined Multibook Limited (formerly TD & Company) in 2012, where he managed ERP rollouts across overseas subsidiaries and served as CFO of the Philippines office.

  Appointed CPO in 2022, he now oversees product strategy and innovation for Multibook’s global ERP solutions.

  With over 25 years of experience in accounting and ERP, Fukui helps companies expand globally by building scalable, efficient systems that drive sustainable growth.

  Yoshiki Tanaka

  Tanaka began his career in software sales at a major multifunction device manufacturer before joining a startup developing global ERP solutions.

  After its integration into a systems integrator through M&A, he continued to drive global ERP business for over 20 years, focusing on Japanese enterprises with overseas operations.

  His responsibilities included sales, marketing, partnerships with domestic accounting software providers, global SI alliances, and cloud service business development.

  He joined Multibook Limited in October 2022 as Head of BPO Operations and became CRO in April 2023.

  Soichi Tamura

  Graduated from Keio University with a degree in Economics and passed the second stage of the Certified Public Accountant examination while still a student.

  After joining a major life insurance IT systems company, Tamura participated in SAP implementation projects.

  He joined Multibook Limited (formerly TD & Company) in 2002 and has since been involved in SAP system consulting, serving as CFO and Director of Business Promotion.

  He contributed to the launch and design of the multibook system. After the SAP consulting division was transferred to Capgemini in 2021, he moved to Capgemini and later rejoined Multibook Limited in April 2023 as Head of Service Delivery.

  He has over 25 years of experience in accounting and ERP.

  Outside Director(President & CEO, Intrix Co., Ltd.)

  Takashi Kiga

  Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture in December 1971. After starting his career as an equity analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., Kiga worked as an executive at Scient, a major web consulting firm, where he oversaw global web reconstruction projects.

  He founded Intrix Co., Ltd. in 2009 and has served as President & CEO since its establishment.
  He was appointed Outside Director of Multibook Limited in 2016.

  Mitsuyoshi Koguchi

  Koguchi began his career at Arthur Young, which later merged with Ernst & Whinney to form Ernst & Young.
  After overseas assignments, he joined Asahi Shinwa Audit Corporation (now KPMG AZSA LLC), where he transferred to the IPO project division and became a partner in 2003.

  He has served as an auditor for seven companies, including those in the insurance and venture sectors.
  In 2015, Koguchi became full-time auditor at Multibook Limited.

  A Certified Public Accountant, Koguchi—known by his pen name Rakusho—is an Edo culture enthusiast and skilled soba noodle maker.
