GREETING

All-in-one Management Cockpit provided by

Representative Director and CEO Manabu Watanabe

multibook continues to take on challenges every day in order to realize its mission of "making the challenge of overseas management more accessible and easier."

The value we provide to our clients is to increase the transparency of group business management overseas subsidiaries, embody a data-driven corporate culture, and realize increased profits through improved capital efficiency.

We are not bound by the conventions of the ERP/accounting system industry, and are solving the challenges of traditional ERP and accounting systems by providing true multi-tenant services, eliminating user testing, and innovatively shortening the implementation period. We are pursuing innovative approaches to solve these problems. This provides customers with an environment for data management using the latest and secure services.

We at multibook are still in the growth stage. Therefore, we are looking for new colleagues to help us realize our mission. What we need are people who take on challenges, people who can move from thoughts and inspiration to concrete actions. We respect the challenges faced by each individual and foster a corporate culture where people are free to act independently. Failure is tolerated and, in fact, encouraged to fail and learn quickly. Failure gives you a new perspective, which can serve as a stepping stone to new challenges. The source of our growth is the bold challenge of discovering undiscovered possibilities.

The journey to realize our mission is an adventure, but it's not a distant future. This is directly connected to our daily lives and work styles. We aim to move toward that goal together with our customers and colleagues and create a new future.

Challenge the future with us.

In 2015, we started the service of "multibook", a cloud-based core business system developed in-house. Centered on its offshore center in the Philippines, it has expanded to seven overseas locations in Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United States.
My motto is ``In business, hold the bat short and hit it steadily.''

20 years of global ERP (SAP) implementation since our founding

We started our company in 2000, and since its inception, we have supported Japanese companies' overseas expansion through global ERP (SAP).

If not,
Let's create it ourselves

The impetus for the development of the software came when we were consulted by a large corporate client who wanted to find business software that would fit their small- and medium-sized overseas local subsidiaries. In order to meet this request, we looked for business package software in Japan and overseas, but although there was ERP software for large scale offices, there was nothing that would fit small to medium scale offices, only inexpensive or local software without sufficient functionality or quality. If there was no software available, we decided to create it ourselves, and by utilizing our system consulting know-how in more than 30 countries around the world and our offshore development experience in the Philippines, we created multibook, a cloud-based accounting and ERP service for overseas subsidiaries in 2015.
