The masterminds behind Management Cockpit: business management professional Watabe, who has experience controlling overseas subsidiaries and as the CFO of a foreign-owned company; and Nagano, who leads the design team of global ERP experts.

Misako Nagano
- Graduated from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University.
- Engaged in production control system development at an ERP maker for leading domestic companies.
- Joined multibook in 2021 and engages in product planning and design. In charge of planning and design of Management Cockpit, accounting, fixed assets, and all fields of logistics.

Manabu Watabe
- Engaged in multiple subsidiary management as financial officer of the Asia-Pacific region at a Japanese specialized trading company.
- Successively held positions as CFO and led management of foreign-owned companies based in Europe, the United States, and China.
- Has extensive experience in cross-border M&A organization mergers and performance turnarounds.
- Especially competent in core system integration of acquired businesses and financial strategy by cross-border capital restructuring.
